Terms and Conditions

By engaging the services provided by Repair Wala, you ("Customer", "You", "Your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Service Scope & Pricing

  •  The cost of service is determined based on the type, condition, and complexity of the appliance repair.
  •  An estimate will be provided prior to service initiation, subject to customer approval.

1.2 Replacement Parts

  •  If replacement parts are necessary, the additional costs will be communicated in advance and added to the final service charge.
  •  Only genuine, high-quality parts are used for all replacements.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Methods

  •  Payments may be made via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets), direct bank transfer, cash, or other accepted digital payment methods.

2.2 Payment Timeline

  • Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  •  For advance payments, services will commence upon receipt of payment confirmation.

2.3 Verification Requirement

  • Customers must verify the business name "Repair Wala" before making any UPI or online payment.
  •  For cash payments, a receipt must be obtained at the time of payment. Repair Wala is not responsible for disputes where payment receipts are not issued.

2.4 Failed Transactions

  • In case of payment failure through online methods, alternative payment through cash or UPI is required.
  •  Customers should immediately notify our support team in case of failed or duplicate transactions.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Service Charges

  • Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable. 3.2 Partial Refunds
  • In the event a service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued at Repair Wala’s discretion, based on the extent of work completed.

3.3 Replacement Parts

  • Refunds for replacement parts are subject to the return and refund policy of the part’s supplier or manufacturer and will be processed accordingly.

3.4 Refund Process

  •  Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via Razorpay or the original payment method, subject to bank processing times.

3.5 Refund Requests

  • Customers must submit refund requests within 7 calendar days of service completion. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

4. Repairs, Replacements & Service Policy

4.1 Repair Services

  •  Repair Wala provides diagnostic and repair services for faulty appliances.
  •  The customer is responsible for providing all necessary utilities (e.g., electricity, water, gas) required to perform the service. Any utilities or other components and resources used by the Repair wala will be charged to the customer.

4.2 Replacement Recommendations

  •  If a repair is deemed technically or economically infeasible, Repair Wala may recommend appliance replacement and assist in procurement and installation.

4.3 Genuine Parts

  •  We guarantee the use of genuine parts for all repairs. Warranty claims for replaced parts are governed by the Repair wala’s (Subject to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty policy).

5. Service Guarantee & Warranty

5.1 Service Guarantee

  •  All repair services carry a 30-day service guarantee. If the same issue recurs within this period, Repair Wala will provide corrective repair at no additional charge.

5.2 Parts Warranty

  • Replacement parts are covered by a 3-month warranty and for the compressor warrantycovered for 1 year, subject to the supplier/manufacturer terms.
  •  Warranty claims depend on part availability and the supplier’s policy.
  •  If the customer purchases or provides any part on their own for installation, the service provider/technician will not be responsible for any malfunction, damage, return, refund, or warranty related to that part in any manner.

6. Service Timelines

6.1 Standard Turnaround

  • Most repairs are completed within 1-2 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue and part availability.

6.2 Emergency Services (24*7)

  •  Emergency repair services are available on request and may be subject to additional charges. Same-day services are provided based on availability.

7. Payment Security

  •  All online transactions through Razorpay are secured with PCI DSS compliance and advanced fraud detection systems.
  • Repair Wala is not liable for payment delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
